Refurbished phones have been previously used but have been returned to almost A Grade condition. The majority of refurbished items we sell are supplied with new curly cords, line cords and other new parts. "Is VAT included in your prices?" Prices shown on our product pages exclude VAT, but all totals including VAT @ 17.5% and delivery costs are included on our final checkout pages. "Do you sell only Nortels products?"
